Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While we appreciated the beautiful views from the room and the infinity pool, we were disappointed with the service during check-in and check-out, which took far too long. The room itself had air conditioning issues, and the amenities felt more like a budget setup than a resort. With all the steep stairs, I wouldn't recommend this place for those with mobility concerns.
